Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return:

  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the steps to get your return label and shipping instructions.

⚠️ You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund (unless the product was defective upon receipt; see below).

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Defective or damaged products

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us through the returns portal within 14 days of delivery (with supporting photos). We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund


14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
