•Switzerland: Domestic shipping.

•France: Standard shipping and pickup at a pickup location.

•Europe Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Italy, and 3 other countries.

•Europe Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and 2 other countries.

•United Kingdom: Standard shipping.

 

Shipping costs

Switzerland:
• Standard shipping: 7 CHF (free for orders of 175 CHF or more).

France:
• Pickup (3–5 business days): €4.90 (free for orders of €175 or more).
• Standard shipping (2–4 business days): €6.35 (free for orders of €175 or more).

Europe Zone 1:
• Standard shipping: €9.90 (free for orders of €175 or more).

Europe Zone 2:
• Standard shipping: €12.00 (free for orders of €175 or more).

United Kingdom:
• Standard shipping: €12.90.

 

 

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Switzerland: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

France:

• Pickup point delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

• Standard shipping: 2 to 4 business days.

Europe Zones 1 and 2: 5 to 7 business days.

United Kingdom: 7 to 10 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our shipping partner.
